the model designs from the 1970s to the posthumously completed "House for Musicians" - the so-called Abraham House - closed. den modellhaften Entwürfen aus den 1970er-Jahren bis zu dem erst posthum fertiggestellten „Haus für Musiker“ – dem sogenannten Abraham Haus – geschlossen.
Markus Oberndorfer"s photographic intervention in Raimund Abraham"s work serves as an additional narrative thread throughout the exhibition, bridging the artistic gap from the often paper-based projects of the Lienz architect to the here and now of the present day.
As part of the exhibition, the Austrian premiere of the six-hour film "Scenes from the Life of Raimund Abraham" will take place, directed by New York avant-garde filmmaker Jonas Mekas.
The exhibition shown at the Museum Schloss Bruck in the city of Lienz is a collaboration with the Architectural Center Vienna (curated by Christoph Freyer / Architecture and Anna Stuhlpfarrer / Photography).
An accompanying brochure will be published for the exhibition, which will be available at the Museum Schloss Bruck / Museumshop.
